Shipping Information

When you place an order with us, you will receive an estimated delivery time within the order overview and your order confirmation email. Please note that this timeframe can vary based on the specific items you ordered and the shipping method selected.

For a more accurate delivery estimate, please refer to the shipping confirmation email we send out once your order is dispatched. This email will include a tracking number, allowing you to follow the progress of your shipment at any point.

Warning:

Our products are manufactured outside of Switzerland. If you purchase products valued over CHF 65, additional import costs may apply that you will have to pay. We recommend that you order products valued at less than CHF 65 per order.

Return Policy

Upon receipt of your order, we urge you to inspect each product for defects. Here's a checklist for reviewing your delivered items:

• Open the packaging carefully, ensuring not to damage it or remove any labels or attached information.

• Keep all enclosures like delivery slips intact.

• Do not discard any packaging materials prematurely.

Non-Returnable Items:

Please be aware that we cannot accept returns of products if:

• The product labels or information slips have been removed.

• Essential enclosures (like delivery slips) are missing.

• The packaging has been damaged beyond normal opening procedures.

Such items are ineligible for return, and we will not be able to issue a refund for them.

Reporting Issues:

If you're not satisfied with any item for any reason, contact us immediately at info@nkcroatia.ch with a photograph of the product in question. To ensure that we can assist you effectively, please get in touch within 3 days of receiving your product. We do not accept return request if not reported to us within 3 days after delivery of the ordered products.

We will promptly review your complaint and contact you with further instructions regarding the return process if your case is applicable.
